iPhone Survives Run-In with 18-Wheeler

Mike Beauchamp of Kansas accidentally left his iPhone on the trunk of his car. As he was getting back on the highway, he realized he didn't have his iPhone. It took him an hour to locate the iPhone. And, when attempting to getting it, Beauchamp saw an 18-wheel tractor-trailer drive over the smartphone at over 70 miles per hour.

As you can see from the picture, the iPhone does look a bit worse for wear. Other than that however, it works just fine. The screen even survived the run-in and with its touch sensitivity intact, although the display now has few dead areas.
