From Gizmodo -
Maza Digital's Drivetrain, a remote front end for its Transmission, which is a Mac/PC BitTorrent client, has been rejected by Applem who sent a reply stating: This category of applications is often used for the purpose of infringing third party rights. We have chosen to not publish this type of application to the App Store.
Ironically, even if BitTorrent is presumably used to download copyrighted material, Drivetrain itself doesn't do anything illegal at all: It just controls the software on the PC and doesn't use the iPhone itself for piracy.
