From TechCrunch -
Smule's Ocarina has become the best selling app at the iPhone App store in just a little over a week after launch. The app, named after an ancient flute-like wind instrument, lets you play flute-like songs by blowing into the iPhone mic and hitting the virtual buttons. It also allows you to listen to what other Ocarina users are playing - social music, if you will. It is available for $.99.
